Job Overview

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking highly motivated junior to midlevel associates to join its Intellectual Property Disputes practice. Ideal candidates will have 1–5 years of experience at a large law firm and a strong technical background, particularly in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile IP litigation matters across multiple U.S. office locations.

Location

Duties

• Handle litigation matters in intellectual property disputes, with a focus on patent-related issues

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Assist in developing litigation strategies and advising clients

• Collaborate with attorneys across various practice groups and offices

Requirements

• 1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 or similarly situated firm

• Demonstrated interest in intellectual property law, particularly patent litigation

• Admitted and in good standing with the bar in the jurisdiction corresponding to the office applied for

• Ability to manage workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong professional judgment and communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the state bar of the office location applied to
