Duties

• Manage public company reporting compliance and governance.
• Address SEC compliance and disclosure matters.
• Ensure Nasdaq/NYSE compliance for public companies.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Handle IPOs, equity/debt offerings, and PIPEs.
• Engage with technology and/or life sciences companies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with public company reporting and governance.
• Familiarity with SEC compliance and disclosure.
• Experience in capital markets transactions.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
