Duties

• Advise clients on complex disputes and litigation processes.
• Manage pre-litigation risk and develop strategies.
• Conduct pleadings, motions practice, and written discovery.
• Participate in depositions and litigation proceedings.
• Advise on contract negotiation and risk management.
• Provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Admitted to practice in DC; admission in MD and VA is a plus.
• Trial experience and/or construction experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, DC.

Skills
