The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including developing court submissions and handling trial work.

Duties:

• Develop court submissions related to infringement and validity.
• Manage discovery processes and prepare motions.
• Collaborate on expert opinions and trial preparation.
• Work closely with team members to support case strategies.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills throughout case management.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably in high-tech sectors.
• Must be barred and in good standing in the state of practice.
• Admission to the USPTO is preferred.

Education:

• Graduate degree in technology-related fields, such as electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences.

Certifications:

• Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
• USPTO admission preferred.
