A law firm seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney with experience in first party and general liability to join their team in Boston, MA. The position offers flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or from one of the firm's offices.

Duties

• Handle insurance defense matters with a focus on early resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with trial teams and participate in training and mentoring programs.
• Develop and implement strategies for client success and early case resolution.
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense matters.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and technology.
• Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Knowledge of AIM/Perfect Law is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar license in Massachusetts.

Skills
