A law firm seeks a highly skilled Attorney with at least five years of experience in corporate, real estate, transactional, and litigation matters for their Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Duties

• Draft and review contracts, and handle entity formation and compliance.
• Prepare real estate transaction documentation.
• Represent clients in presentations or hearings before municipal and county governing bodies.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleading, discovery, trial preparation, and trial.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in both litigation and transactional practice.
• Proven success in motion practice, negotiations, and hearing/trial work.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Oklahoma.

Skills

• Strong written and oral advocacy.
