The candidate will be drafting and review of various contractual agreements, and have some experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements. Must be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Familiar with NJ Rules of Court, NY State Rules and Federal Rules of Practice. Should have 3+ years of experience in both commercial litigation and transnational work. Exemplary legal research and writing abilities. Experienced in drafting pleadings and motions.
