The candidate will review all incoming correspondence and input case information into firm’s patent docketing database. Generate, print and distribute daily docket reports. Monitor and clear dockets by coordinating with attorneys and staff to make sure all docket dates are satisfied. Conduct mail matching, de-docketing of files, and transfer-in audits. Assist with other patent prosecution projects as assigned. Should have 2+ years of patent docketing experience, preferably with ProLaw. Knowledge of U.S. patent calendaring and filing deadlines, and U.S. and foreign patent prosecution rules and regulations is required. USPTO electronic patent filing experience is a plus
