Duties

• Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.

• Attend hearings and trials within Dallas and surrounding counties.
• Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel for efficient case resolutions.

Requirements

• Active law license in the State of Texas.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Collection or litigation experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active law license in the State of Texas.
