Part Time Legal Staff Assistant
The candidate will be responsible for: Document management, including filing, and indexing. Maintenance of document logs and document organization. Importing voluminous emails to our document management system. Uploading and importing CD’s and DVD’s. Follow a uniform coding system to track incoming and outgoing case materials. Retrieve and route requested files or filing. Any other administrative tasks assigned. Should preferably have 1+ years of work experience in a law firm. Must have experience with databases and data entry. Must be able to think analytically, take direction well, and work independently. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Must be well organized, a self-starter with good communications skills.
Hours: 21 hours a week.
