Richard A. Ciummo & Associates provides conflict public defender services for Merced Superior Courts. When our office is unable to represent a client due to a conflict, the case is assigned to one of our wheel attorneys.
We currently have an opening for a "Wheel Attorney" as an Independent Contractor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Representation of a Client in Criminal Court Proceedings, filing necessary motions, & investigation request, maintaining contact with our Merced Office for new appointments.
Cal Bar Required
