Duties

• Advise and counsel clients on estate and trust matters, drafting necessary documents.
• Assist with probate and trust administrations, including drafting petitions and attending hearings.
• Represent real estate clients in transactional and litigation matters, drafting relevant legal documents.
• Participate in presentations, networking events, and client meetings outside normal work hours.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil law experience in relevant practice areas preferred.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the WSBA.
• Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage and prioritize cases effectively.
• Confidence to work independently and seek support when needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.

Skills

• Experience in filing legal documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
