Health Care Regulatory & Transactional Associate
The candidate' must a minimum of two years of regulatory and transactional experience to join our nationally recognized health care practice. We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in health care regulatory compliance and fraud and abuse matters, including with the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and reimbursement and coverage rules under Medicare and Medicaid. The position is open to candidates with general corporate experience who have a demonstrated interest in the health care industry. Requirements: Minimum of two years of health care regulatory and transactional experience, with a particular focus on health care provider and health plan issues; Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends; Should have Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice.
