Duties:

• Handle a broad range of business law matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory compliance

• Advise clients on transactional and operational legal issues across various industries

• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise memoranda and legal documents

• Draft and review commercial agreements, purchase agreements, leases, and other corporate documents

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support complex business transactions

• Maintain an active caseload while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in business law or corporate transactional work

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado, or eligible for prompt admission

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite

• Analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
