Duties

• Advise clients on insurance coverage and risk management.

• Engage in high-stakes arbitrations and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client recovery.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of policyholder coverage and/or insurance recovery experience.
• Experience in the NY Commercial Division is essential.
• Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
• Licensed to practice in NY preferred but not required.

Education

• Superb academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York preferred.
