Duties

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.

• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Active Bar license in Kansas and at least one year of civil practice experience.
• Preferred: Active Bar license in Missouri.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Kansas.
