Duties

• Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney in compliance with applicable state laws.
• Provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
• Review and analyze existing estate plans to ensure alignment with clients’ goals and legal requirements.
• Represent clients in meetings, court proceedings, and negotiations related to estate planning matters.
• Keep abreast of changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide clients with the most accurate legal advice.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in California.
• Proven experience in estate planning and trust administration.
• Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• US work authorization.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
