Duties

• Advise on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
