Duties

• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and laws.
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.

Requirements

• Strong persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in trials, mediation, and arbitration advocacy.
• Membership in state and local bar associations in good standing.
• Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.

Education

• Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree.
• 3-year law degree from an accredited law school.
