Duties

• Represent clients in employment litigation and labor arbitration.
• Provide legal counseling on employment matters.
• Handle cases before the National Labor Relations Board and New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission.
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• New York Bar Admission is a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
