Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks M&A attorney with 5+ years of experience working on M&A transactions, including partner level. The candidate must have nationally recognized big firm experience or similar experience working on sophisticated, complex M&A projects. Experience working with private equity firms a plus. Substantive experience with M&A transactions is the focus. Other corporate, venture and securities experience also a plus. Experience leading M&A projects from start to finish, working directly with clients (legal and business) and ability to manage a legal team needed.
