Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision

• Draft and argue substantive motions in court

• Propound and respond to written discovery

• Prepare for and appear at trial

• Handle family law-specific matters including:

  • Complex financial disclosures

  • Child custody disputes

  • Domestic violence actions

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington (mandatory)

• Experience in:

  • Drafting motions and attending hearings

  • Discovery processes

  • Trial preparation and appearances

• Interest in and experience with family law preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Portable book of business is a plus
