Legal Counsel
Duties: Negotiate and draft contracts under the direction of the Senior Director, Business & Legal Affairs on a worldwide basis for various business divisions, including production/distribution, new media/social gaming, tour management, marketing (social media/sweepstakes/contests/promotions), online/social gaming, consumer products and sponsorship. Handle matters pertaining to regulatory compliance, acquisitions/mergers, risk management, corporate formalities, intellectual property (enforcement of trademarks, copyrights and patents), admin/HR and master calendar tracking. Work with and provide legal guidance to business teams and respond promptly to a wide range of legal requests from all business teams.
