Duties:

• Assist with complex commercial litigation in Connecticut state and federal courts

• Participate in business bankruptcy and reorganization cases throughout the U.S.

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery documents, and trial materials

• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings

• Collaborate with lead attorneys and engage in client communication

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Member of the Connecticut Bar

• Eligible for admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Commitment to ethical, professional legal practice

• Passion for client advocacy

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active Connecticut Bar license

• Eligibility for U.S. District Court admission

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication
