Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Red Bank, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate matters and be admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Preference is given to those with New York Bar admission and judicial clerkship experience.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transactional documents.
• Manage due diligence processes, including title and survey review.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects.
• Support land use matters and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• New York Bar admission preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience desired.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• New Jersey Bar admission.
