Duties:

• Lead and manage the Land Use/Zoning practice area, providing strategic direction and oversight.
• Handle a diverse caseload of complex land use and zoning matters, including regulatory compliance, development approvals, and environmental permitting.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to land use regulations, zoning laws, and government approvals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• Relevant legal experience, with a focus on land use and zoning law.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex land use and zoning cases.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Education:
