Duties

• Engage in trade litigation and regulatory compliance matters.
• Handle antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.
• Participate in judicial appeals of agency determinations.
• Maintain direct client contact and manage sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in trade litigation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the legal environment.
• Persuasive writing abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and standing in the District of Columbia Bar.

Skills

• Quantitative capabilities preferred.
• Background in accounting and/or economics preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel preferred.
