Staff Attorney
The candidate answers legal questions and provides legal advice to managers, employees and agents of the Company. Drafts and reviews contracts and agreements on behalf of the Company. Monitors federal and state laws and regulations affecting real estate brokerage issues. Advises brokerage managers and agents regarding legal issues arising from real estate transactions. Works with Company paralegals to learn and utilize the Company’s legal systems. Assists in the Company's compliance with all applicable federal, state and local corporate laws. Advanced Degree or Equivalent Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school is required. Should have 0-3 years of legal experience. Must be a member in good standing of at least one State Bar. Should possess exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must be highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proven team player with an exceptional customer service focus is needed.
