Duties

• Report to the Litigation Chair.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Provide practical legal advice to clients.
• Attend court conferences and depositions.
• Argue motions as skills develop.
• Lead by example with work ethic and positive attitude.
• Engage in significant client contact and development.
• Contribute to the firm's growth and client base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Licensed to practice in New York and other jurisdictions.
• Portable book of business of at least $400,000.
• Experience in copyright, trademark, or employment litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
