Duties

• Perform all aspects of family law representation, including divorces.
• Handle modifications and enforcements.
• Manage child custody and grandparents' rights cases.
• Address CPS cases and other complex family matters.

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas or scheduled to take the Texas Bar.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License or eligibility to take the Texas Bar Exam.
