Duties:

• Represent clients in securities litigation cases, including handling discovery, depositions, and trials.
• Provide legal counsel on securities regulation and compliance issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop and execute legal strategies for complex securities disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on changes in securities laws and regulations.
• Manage case files and maintain detailed records of all proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in securities litigation.
• Superior academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of success.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Admission to the DC Bar or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia or eligible to sit for/waive into the next DC Bar exam.
