• Conduct litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and electronic discovery.
• Advise clients on environmental and energy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective case management and resolution.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in environmental and energy laws.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience representing clients in environmental and energy matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and manage multiple cases effectively.
• Proven experience with litigation and regulatory matters in the environmental and energy sectors.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
