Duties

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury and product liability.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm or equivalent trial experience.
• Experience in personal injury, products liability, or insurance defense is advantageous.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Admitted in Good Standing to the State Bar of Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
