A law firm in Bloomfield Hills is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney with a strong background in employment law matters, including litigation, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing consulting advice to employers and handling all aspects of litigation.

Duties:

• Provide consulting advice to employers on employment-law compliance and best practices.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Possess a portable book of business, which is a plus.
• Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in employment law matters, including labor and employment litigation.
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
• Good standing and active membership in the Michigan Bar.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active membership in the Michigan Bar.
