Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations, including class/collective actions and discrimination cases.
• Manage litigation cases in a first-chair capacity.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Current Michigan Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Michigan Bar admission.
