Experience with the plaintiff’s side work is preferred. Experience with non-patent software/technology litigation, including contract/project disputes, is a plus. Must have the ability to run cases with minimal direction/ability to self-direct and eDiscovery experience. Should have strong writing and oral presentation skills.
