Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related financing agreements.

• Support secured and unsecured lending transactions for banks, lenders, and private credit funds.

• Assist with syndicated credit facilities, refinancing transactions, and structured finance matters.

• Advise clients on intercreditor issues, collateral matters, and transactional risk.

• Work on acquisition financing, sponsor finance, and complex commercial lending deals.

• Collaborate with partners, lenders, and deal teams to move transactions from term sheet through closing.

Requirements

• 1–10+ years of finance transactional experience.

• Background in secured lending, commercial finance, or credit facilities.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with financial document proficiency.

• Banking regulatory familiarity is helpful but not required.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
