• Assist with M&A and equity financing transactions, including due diligence.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Preferred technical background (e.g., science degree or programming experience).
• Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
• Membership in the California, Massachusetts, or New York Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
