Duties:

• Represent clients in securities litigation cases, including complex legal issues related to securities laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of case files, ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Stay current with developments in securities law and relevant case law to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in securities litigation or a related field.
• Superior academic credentials from a recognized law school.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Barred in Washington State or eligible to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Washington State or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.
