Duties

• Manage transactions for borrowers and lenders from inception through closing.
• Handle large structured commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Engage in loan origination work, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity.
• Participate in asset management and workout processes.
• Collaborate with a dynamic practice group and engage in client contact.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Experience with secondary market repurchase facility work.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ambition and team orientation to support practice growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
