Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in sports law matters, including contract negotiations, player disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide informed recommendations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sports-related contracts, agreements, and sponsorship deals.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings related to sports law disputes.
• Advise clients on sports industry regulations, contracts, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in sports law.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in sports law or related fields (preferred).
