The candidate will assist in patent preparation and prosecution, patent licensing, performing patentability and clearance opinions, portfolio management, and conducting due diligence. Should have 2-5 years of experience. Should preferably have superior analytical, oral and written communication skills and thrive in a team environment. Must have an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry or a related field, a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
