Job Overview:
A highly respected law firm in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class Action Litigation Attorney to lead and manage large-scale class action lawsuits. The ideal candidate has a strong background in complex litigation, a passion for advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs in high-impact cases, and the ability to take ownership of every stage of litigation from inception to resolution. This is an in-person role that offers significant potential for professional growth and leadership within a collaborative legal team.
Location:
Aurora, Colorado
Duties:
Serve as lead or co-lead counsel in complex class action litigation
Develop and execute case strategy for economic harm and mass tort class actions
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
Oversee and conduct discovery, including depositions and expert witness coordination
Represent clients in hearings, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
Manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Maintain communication with clients and Class members throughout litigation
Monitor developments in case law and legislation related to class action practice
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in class action litigation
Proven experience as lead counsel or in a senior litigation role
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Aurora, Colorado
Commitment to high ethical standards and client advocacy
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with a state bar (Colorado license preferred or ability to waive in)
Skills:
