Duties

• Draft revocable and irrevocable trusts with generation-skipping transfer tax provisions.
• Advise on ILITs, CRTs, and FLPs.
• Provide guidance on Federal tax laws.
• Engage in probate and trust administration.
• Assist with business succession planning and formation of business entities.
• Collaborate with clients' CPAs and other advisors.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Six to fifteen years of estate planning experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and California tax laws.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients.

Education

• LLM in Tax preferred.

Certifications

• Admitted to CA Bar.

• Strong understanding of Federal estate tax laws.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advisors.
