Location:

• Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Duties:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and options

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents

• Assist clients with probate and estate administration

• Counsel clients on tax and asset protection issues related to estate planning

• Review and update existing estate plans based on changing needs and legal developments

• Handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing estate planning law

• Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents

• Knowledge of Wisconsin probate procedures and relevant state and federal laws

• Experience handling probate matters and working with fiduciaries preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (in good standing)
