Duties

• Represent first and second lien lenders, bondholders, hedge funds, and other creditors.
• Act in contested U.S. and multinational insolvencies, restructurings, and bankruptcies.
• Handle multidisciplinary cross-border deals, particularly in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
• Appear before trial and appellate courts in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters.

Requirements

• Over four years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience.
• Substantive experience in large-scale, complex U.S. and cross-border bankruptcy proceedings.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in a large law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
