Requirements:

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent prosecution and related activities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree in the aforementioned fields preferred.

Certifications:

• Admission to the USPTO.

• Strong understanding of patent prosecution processes and procedures.
