Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial matters involving technology and intellectual property.

Duties

• Handle licensing and analysis of technology and intellectual property.
• Advise on protection of trade secrets and privacy issues.
• Provide counsel on artificial intelligence matters.
• Draft and negotiate development, manufacturing, supply, distribution, and service agreements.
• Evaluate IP and tech issues in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct diligence on chain of title, licenses, and data processing matters.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in technology and intellectual property matters.
• Significant experience with corporate transactions and IP issues.
• Active member of the Georgia bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar membership.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in handling complex legal documents.
