Senior Operations Consultant

Duties: Resolves complex day-to-day production issues for individuals and teams by quickly and accurately assessing root causes, and horizontal/vertical impacts, and recommending solutions. Represents CRO as a subject matter expert and decision maker for projects creating change in the processes or working environment. Serves as proxy in absence of senior leaders. Conducts detailed impact assessments to identify impacts, risks, benefits and issues of proposed changes for all CRO processes and working environments. Clearly communicates CRO’s position and needs at multiple levels of detail to multiple audiences including executives, technology partners, readiness partners, project managers, etc. Collaborates with leaders to prioritize work according to production levels, benefits, risks and results of impact assessment, Builds and sustains positive and effective partnerships that facilitate the accuracy and efficiency of work.
