Senior Operations Consultant

The candidate will have deep understanding of all CRO processes including process flow, controls, laws, rules, regulations, intersections, systems, data points, etc. Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely solutions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently. Ability to analyze different types of information from various sources and synthesize it into useful purpose-based content to drive decision making and action. Ability to make decisions, set/maintain boundaries on behalf of the team or group and clearly articulate justifications for decisions/boundaries in a manner that maintains collaborative partnerships. Ability to plan and prioritize work according for an organization that balances the needs of production delivery timelines with risks, benefits, project timelines, etc. Ability to collaborate, persuade, convince, influence, or gain the commitment of others (individuals or groups) to get them to accept a point of view, adopt a specific direction, commit to an idea, or take a course of action. Ability to flex communication strategies and delivery method in accordance with the audience and the message in both verbal and written formats. Expert meeting routine management and facilitation skills. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to create materials that are easily understood by mid-level, senior-level leaders and executive audience. Proficient Excel Skills including data filtering, pivot tables and simple formulas. General default servicing for all bank products, working knowledge of the bank products. Must have 2+ years of CRO Servicing experience and/or Paralegal certification. Process specific tools: Consumer Litigation Management (CLM). LoanSphere (BKFS), Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP), SharePoint, Webex/Skype.
